Step 1: Contact a Clinical Site or Preceptor
An administrator contacts a clinical site or preceptor to check in, get capacity availability, or follow up on previous conversations.
Step 2: Create a Contact Activity
When an administrator creates a Contact Activity, they record the date and time the contact occurred, what was discussed, and who was the recipient.
Step 3: Review Contact History
Refer back to a preceptor or clinical site’s contact history within their profile or the Contact Activity module to communicate effectively.
